In 2020, Felita embarked on a remarkable journey as a founding board member of RAISEfashion, a non-profit network comprising esteemed leaders in the fashion industry. This network provides pro-bono consultations to BIPOC businesses and individuals, with a mission to advance equity in the fashion industry. Throughout her career, Felita has held prestigious senior executive roles in the fashion industry. She served as the Chief Strategy and Revenue Officer at Harlem's Fashion Row/ICON360, held the position of Executive Vice President at Alexander Wang, and was the Senior Vice President of Donna Karan Collection (LVMH). Felita's focus on global wholesale, retail, partnerships, and collaborations resulted in scaling revenue from $15 million to $150 million.

Felita actively cultivates valuable partnerships across the realms of fashion, retail, and sports. She has formed strategic alliances with prominent companies such as LVMH, Amazon, Tapestry Group, Nordstrom, Saks, MLB, and Capri Holdings. As a passionate advocate for equity and fostering a sense of belonging, Felita obtained a certification in Diversity and Inclusion from Cornell University in 2020.
